replace latest with FIREFOX_VERSION and add LANG

Browse Source 
Fix FIREFOX_VERSION, and it will not fail to build when latest version number change. 

LANG to choose a different language. Check https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/40.0.2/linux-x86_64/ to see more.
